Well I hope all of you future Sierrian had done your part by submitting your objections on the proposed road at the fringe of the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve in order to make our future home a much better place. Here are some photos taken this morning.

Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve In Danger

Dear All,

I came across a disturbing news that the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve is in Danger! There is an active discussion in Bandar Kinrara Community Forum at the following: -

The State Government had proposed a road right at the edge of the Forest Reserve along the boundary of Bandar Kinrara as shown in the Draft Local Plan. Please go to this website for info: -

The main reason I bought SR is because it is close to the forest reserve... fresh air, more cooling, jungle tracking etc. If the proposed road is being built, want to go jungle tracking also risk being knock down by car :(

The proposed road will also pave the way for more development in the Forest Reserve. Before we know it, the Forest will be all gone! I urge all of you to put in your objections soonest. It can be done at MPSJ website at: -

Please sent in your objection soonest as the deadline is 25 January 2008.

Remember, once passed and gazetted the Local Plan becomes law. It will be a great loss if we do not use this golden opportunity to determine what we want in our neighbourhood.

First Set Of 2008 Site Photos

Well it's another year to look forward to. Here are some latest site photos. As can be seen, they had completed the structure works up to 6th Floor. They had also commenced the windows framing works.

For those who bought units at 1st & 2nd Floor of Tower 1, expect to receive the next progress claim from the developer soon! I must say the window for the Living look really good. The high window at the Living will make it really impressive from the inside.
