Site Photos 05 May 2008 Part 2

Here are some more photos of the Wardrobe, Bathrooms, Dining and Kitchen that were missing in the earlier posting. I am sure TEC is a happy man now...

Walk In Wardrobe: This Feature Actually Reduced The Size Of The Master Bathroom

Master Bathroom: The Shower Is Smaller Due The Boxed Up Of The Pipes On The Left

Shower Area For Bathroom 1, It Is Good That They Provide The Kerb, We Can Just Add A Shower Screen or Shower Curtain Later

Bathroom 2 Is Much Bigger And Also Comes With The Kerb

Kitchen: Hated The Splayed Corner... Wasting Space Only! I Would Have Prefered The Same Type Of Floor Tiles As The Dining & Living

Dining And Entrance To The Apartment Unit

I can still accept the walk-in wardrobe concept even though it reduces the size of the master room. In fact, this is one of the reasons I purchased a unit. I came across this concept from The Heron Puchong project, and I believe it is not common in medium priced apartments nowadays especially. It cleverly hides the bathroom from view. What is worried me is, whether or not, the ‘ugly’ yet unpractical curve of the pipes at the yard, will be covered up. Also, the done-up of the bathroom is quite good, and frankly speaking, I like the tiles very much! The colours of the tiles are so matched and like what Cel have said, you can add shower screen or curtain to enhance the look. As for kitchen, would transform the one of the corner into a mini bar concept. It is more practical and usable. If budget permits, then will change the tiles as well.

Glad that you enjoy the photos.

I am a bit concern on the slow pace of Tower 2. You see, they have started painting Tower 1 and Tower 2 is not even up yet! Not that I am worry about paying more interest but the fact that they cannot hand over Tower 1 alone. By the time the complete Tower 2, Tower 1 would have been completed much earlier. I am sure the paint would be old and dirty by then. Just hope that they can overcome it.

Hi Cel, just wondering how you managed to take photos from within? Are we allowed to walk into the construction area?

stop the worries as we as purchasers cant do anything. wat is important is they hand over promptly without delay. one of the reason why the speed of tower 1 cld be so fast is that there are still many units have not sold (as compared to tower 2). so the progress has to be fast in order to convince the soon-to-be-buyers!!

Loonatik, you are not allowed to walk in and out of the construction site. It is very dangerous, if any accident happen, they may stop work on site. So do pray for me!

The trick is to wear safety boots and helmet if you have one :)

TEC maybe you are right, just sit back and enjoy the progress...
