First Update For 2009
Finally after all the celebrations, one after another, it is now back to business as usual again. Works on site has been progressing well. Structural works for Tower B is almost complete except for the lift core area.

Called up Sierra mals office. Said completion is due in Oct and not June 2009 as earlier thought.
Said 6 units still available from bumi released units.
10th flr 907 sq ft 1 covered carpark from 201k,
except 1 unit 907 sq ft 11th flr with 2 covered carparks @ 215k.
Maintenance is 0.16 sen incl sinking fund.
Why the signboard there mantion completed on june 2009...... salesman tipu laa...
Not salesman tipu, signboard tipu! These people want to sell the remaining units so they put an earlier date to attract purchasers. Even Oct 2009 is still 2 months earlier than the actual VP date stated in the SPA.
