Thought I noticed some earth movements at the slope next to Tower A! You people be the judge. Isn't the contractor suppose to provide some sort of slope protection upon cutting the slope?

Just one question Cel, i got a call from the lawyer about some admin fee that i need to pay for the disbursement of bank loan. she said since mine is not the zero entry package then the buyer will have to pay for it. got such thing? kindly advice. thanks
Hi there anonymous, sorry for the late reply as I was away for the whole of last week.
As far as I know there isn't any admin fee payable for ZEC loan. However, since yours is non ZEC, I suspect the admin charges mentioned are for the lawyers.
