Those units were sold in the region of RM 110k when the project was launched, a cool RM 50k in 3 years, that's very good news indeed.
i called up the developer few months back, they said once completed, we can expect the price jump to at least 190K - 200K..but of course depends on which floor your units in..but still i prefer to rent it out first..patiently waiting for the best value and time to refinance to get extra cash..
